Cancer Supportive Services Program
Fatigue Center

I get so tired. Can something be done for me?
Many patients experience fatigue, but sometimes a change in nutrition, daily routines or medication can bring relief. The Department of Pain Medicine and Palliative Care works with Continuum Cancer Centers staff to make suggestions.

The supportive services team uses different ways to manage chronic fatigue related to medical illness. A patient may be given medicine or started on an exercise or nutrition plan. Many other therapies are also available. The plan for every patient is custom-made to suit his or her needs and lifestyle.

Your doctor or nurse can refer you to the program, and we also encourage you to call us directly for an appointment. For more information, please call (212) 844-6776.
